Sliding Headlong into Hell

It used to be that the debate was about what or whom was in the womb.  One side said what, the other said whom. It seems this debate is no longer the issue given the NY legislature's decision last month. And let's be honest, if a state like Virginia actually has members of its legislature considering delivered babies as ‘abortable,’ how long can it be before progressive states [like NY] consider this and PASS it. Once a child is outside the womb AND is no longer considered untouchable by the murderous tools of the abortion doctors, well…

Where is the line? It was once much earlier in the pregnancy. But the line kept moving. Closer and closer to birth, the line marched. Now? Now it's marched right up to the moments of labor. Before long that line will be OUTSIDE the womb.

Where does the line stop then? Prior to leaving the hospital? Prior to turning one? Prior to being school age? And before anyone ‘tsk, tsks’ me let's remember where we were on the ‘law’ in 1973 and what was ‘allowable,’ and compare that to where we are in 2019 and what is now ‘allowable.’ It's not hyperbole. It never was - not even in 1973. Last month proved that fact.

So where does it end? When do we recognize that the child has rights? The child's rights have been sucked and chopped out of the hands of those in the womb. Soon those rights will be stolen from the hands of living, breathing babies in the cribs next to the mothers’ beds.

So I ask you this...

What gives us the right to be outraged against a Father Marcotte? What gives us the right to arrest those who abuse their newborn baby? Shouldn't they be allowed to end the life of their child, or abuse it anyway they want? I mean, after all, we murder babies in the birth canal.

Or…

Are we sliding headlong into Hell because we've allowed something so heinous as killing children in the womb - at any age?

Oh, and one more thing - it's not political - it's theological...
